About
Rabbit-Force ni Youkoso! We (I, that is ;) are a group dedicated to releasing HQ anime. That means *only* H264 and vorbis/AAC for audio. Don’t ask about xvid releases, cause there won’t be any, EVAR! >:3
For source, we use only good, juicy, straight from Japan (through P2P networks ;) R2 DVDs, so expect quality the way the Japanese studios meant it, not some unFUNI studios..
Hi, I’m a long-time Japanese-English translator and anime/manga/dorama/j-pop fan and would like to offer my services. I am fast, accurate, and reliable.
I’ll be up front: I only translate for pay. I have 12 years experience (5 of which were spent translating many episodes of both manga and anime for free) and have been translating freelance as well as for a legit. company for 7 years. I would love to be able to translate for free like I used to, but the simple fact is: I’m in grad school, I’m broke. If I do translate, it has to be for pay.
However, I understand most fansubbers are also in college and not necessarily well-off either. Because of this, my rates for you are low and negotiable. I also understand that many fansubbers take donations (to buy raws, run the servers, etc.) and that if a bunch of fans pooled together, a translator (like me) could easily be paid.
For a sample of my work check out a Fushigi Yuugi novel I translated a few years ago here: http://www.angelfire.com/geek/tetrisnomiko/fynovels/yukiyashatrans.html. or several anime/jpop songs I translated here: http://www.angelfire.com/geek/tetrisnomiko/anison.html
If you can’t or won’t pay for translations, I understand and I apologize for wasting your time. Please reply only if you would be willing to pay. Thank you.
